This video starts with Karl and John running Cyclops, then the rest of the video consists of runs of Island Rapid on the Dee to Tucker section of the Hood. Folks you’ll see include Eric, Liane, Laurie, Bob, David, Kendall and Jake (in the tandem IK), Ted, and Denny (fresh back from the Grand Canyon). Level was 1075 cfs.
Some 17 members of the LCCC paddled the Trask at 1140 cfs and falling slowly. A big thanks to Murray Johnson for coordinating the trip and I think the beautiful weather as well. Music is by the Shook Twins, a local Portland band, though the twins themselves are from Sandpoint, Idaho.
Eight members of the LCCC run this wonderful section of the Hood at 870 cfs on a glorious last day of February. On the trip: Karl, Ted, Will, Bob, Kendall, Clifford, Audrey and myself.
